How to connect
- Upgrade to Pro+ (or receive a complimentary Pro+ grant), then open the dashboard.
- Add a company, choose Erply Books, and paste your Erply Books API token. If Erply requires IP allowlisting, enter our server IP from the callout (same egress IP as RIK).
- Save to get a one-time MCP API key, then connect your client using the guides below. Tool names are prefixed with erply_.
Need a token? Copy it from your live Erply Books organisation’s API settings. A sandbox or demo token is for testing only and will not show your real books.

Which plan
Erply Books MCP tools require a Pro+ (€10 / month, VAT excluded) or Custom plan. Pro+ includes everything in Pro, plus Erply Books and Merit Aktiva tools (read and write) and unlimited connected companies. Each Erply company gets its own MCP URL and key.
Your data
Credentials are encrypted at rest on EU servers in Helsinki. Tool calls pass through to your connected accounting API — we never store the response data. Security →
